My stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The location was convenient being close to downtown San Jose, but the ongoing construction was a bit bothersome. The service from the staff was top-notch, always friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast seemed overpriced. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had mold in the shower that detracted from the overall experience. The service was a letdown except for super efficient staff taking drink and food orders on a busy Saturday night. The location was excellent for convention goers, very lively and convenient, but sadly the dining options were a letdown with limited choices available.
The hotel was very spacious, comfortable, and provided friendly service. It could use some updates but overall was a decent stay.
